TheonboardSATAsoftwareRAIDcontrollerisintegratedintheIntelC202chiponthesystemboard.Ifyour

serverhasSATAharddiskdrivesthatareconnectedtothesystemboard,youcanusetheLSISoftware

RAIDCongurationUtilityprogramtocongureRAIDindependentlyoftheoperatingsystem.Bydefault,

yourserversupportsonboardSATAsoftwareRAIDlevels0,1,and10.YoualsocanactivateRAID5by

installingaThinkServerSATASoftwareRAID5activationkey.See“InstallingorremovingtheThinkServer

YoucaninstallandusetheMegaRAIDStorageManagerprogramtomanagetheRAIDarrayandRAID

controllerinanoperatingsystemenvironment.

pressCtrl+MorEntertostarttheLSISoftwareRAIDCongurationUtilityprogram.
