The image is either twisted on the page or is not parallel to the sides of the page. THE
PRINTER DISPLAYS NO ERROR CODE.

1 PAPER FEED INSPECTION
Are the paper cassettes installed correctly, and is the
paper correctly loaded into each cassette?
Go to step 2 Reload the
paper and
reinstall the
cassettes.
2 PAPER PATH INSPECTION
Inspect the paper path, between the feed tray and the exit tray,
for contamination or obstructions.
Is the paper path free of obstructions?
Go to step 3 Remove
obstructions
from the
paper path.
3 FEED, NUDGER, AND RETARD ROLL REPLACEMENT
Replace the “Feeder, Nudger, and Retard Rolls” on
page 4-17 for the Feeder having the skew problem.
Is the image still skewed?
