¾ Position the jack at the front edge of the
chassis (2) on the left or right or beneath the
counterweight (1).
The truck should only be raised at these sus-
pension points on the left and right.
¾ Release the wheel fastenings on the wheel
in question.
¾ Raise truck with jack until wheels are off the
ground.
¾ Prop up securely using square timber sup-
ports at the chassis or counterweight.
¾ Unscrew the wheel fastenings.
¾ Change the wheel.
¾ Position wheel fastenings and tighten them
manually.
¾ Lower truck.
¾ Tighten wheel fastenings
Front 170 Nm
Rear 460 Nm
NOTE
If new wheel screws are used or a new rim is
fitted, the front tightening torque on the first
occasion should be 195 Nm.
