TRYTON 107/112
1. INTRODUCTION
The TRYTON 107/112 bar loader is a worthy successor to the Tryton SST, which became a reference in
its category and from which it has inherited the main qualities.
While integrating the latest technological innovations, it offers users a range of surprising functions, while
at the same time remaining simple to use and remarkably reliable.
The ergonomic and user-friendly remote control with a clear, integrated display facilitates the handling of
the magazine. Depending on the sequence under way, the magazine offers the operator only the available
functions, thus avoiding any improper handling and reducing the time required to access the desired
functions.
The hydraulic oil, contained in a tank, is injected into the barrel at a constant pressure which can be adjusted
according to the type of material to be loaded.
This oil pressure, on the one hand, provides the force necessary to push the piston and, on the other,
permits a constant flow of oil from the compression chamber, through the piston, and into the guidance
tube where it hydrodynamically supports the rotating bar.
So there is no metal-on-metal friction. Noise and vibrations are eliminated at source.
The system can be setup for another range of diameters by a few simple operations (not counting the start-
up of the lathe).
According to the configuration chosen, the TRYTON 107/112 hydraulic bar-feeder can cover a range of
diameters from 1 to 12,7 mm.
