TRYTON 107/112
2. STATIONARY CONTROL
The TRYTON 107/112 bar-feeder is equipped with a stationary control which is very useful when conducting
mechanical adjustments to the feeder.
This control is active only in manual mode. As soon as the feeder is in automatic mode, the stationary
control becomes inactive.
The stationary control makes the following movements possible :
• Advance and retract connector: regulating the clamping jaws
• Advance and retract pusher: regulating the end of bar
changing the collet
• Indexing the barrel: replenishing the barrel
changing the working diameter (option Hybrid)
Designation Description
SB21 Advance
3. PUMP MOTOR
During the installation, ensure that the motor is wired in accordance with the supply voltage available.
The supply voltage of the bar feed system is indicated on the identification plate.
If the voltage does not correspond, the wiring of the motor must be modified:
Procedure :
• Turn the bar feed system off (trigger QS1 and QF1).
• Unscrew the motor cover unit.
• Make sure that all motor terminals are off
• Modify the terminal block wiring of the motor according to the diagram above.
• Close the cover unit of the motor and the main safety cover.
• Turn the bar feed system on (engage QS1 and QF1)
