PRESEASON PREPARATION (2-STROK E)
Inspect engine rubber mounts
Check exhaust system condition and check for leaks
Tighten exhaust manifold screws or nuts to specified torque
Inspect cooling system cap, hoses and clam ps and check for leaks
Check co olant density
ENGINE
Inspect crankshaft PTO seal
Inspect fuel lines and conn ections
FUEL
SYSTEM
Inspect throttle cable
Inspect drive belt (adju st at every drive belt replacement)
Clean and visually inspect drive pulley
Clean and inspect driven pu lley
Inspect, adjust and align track
Adjust drive chain (Not for models equipped with gearbox)
Change chaincase / gearbox oil
Check b rake fluid level
DRIVE
SYSTEM AND
BRAKE
Inspect brake hose, pads and disk
Inspect steering m echanism
STEERING
SYSTEM
Inspect skis and runners
Inspect front suspension
SUSPENSION
Inspect rear suspension (including sto pper straps and slider shoe s)
Inspect spark plugs (All except E-T EC)
Charge battery (if so equipped)

Adjust headlight b eam aiming
