Use the Mini Bowl. Trim the mint, place it in the bowl and process for 15-20 seconds
or until it is finely chopped.
Dissolve the granulated sugar in the boiling water and add it and the vinegar to
the bowl.
Process briefly to mix, then leave to cool before serving.

Bone the meat and cut into chunks. Peel the garlic.
Place the meat, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in the bowl with the metal blade.
Pulse until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
The stuffing should not be too smooth.
Sausage meat can be used for stuffing tomatoes and other vegetables, as well
as making meat stuffed olives or paupiettes.
