All-purpose flour

Unsalted butter
Granulated sugar

Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan. Add the milk.
Dissolve the yeast in a small bowl with a little water.
Combine the sugars and flour in the bowl with the dough blade. Add the
diluted yeast and the unsalted butter/milk mixture via the feed tube and blend
thoroughly.
Leave the dough in the food processor bowl to rise for 1 hour. Add the raisins via
the feed tube and knock down* the dough by pulsing 4-5 times. Transfer the
dough to a large bowl and leave to rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
Divide the dough into small buns, arrange on a baking tray and leave to prove*
for a few minutes.
Bake in the oven at 355°F (gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes.
