Installing pipe cluster for heat ex-
changer

The pipe cluster is installed in reverse order.
When installing the pipe cluster, use new O-rings
(total of 4 rings).

Push pipe cluster into heat exchanger housing.

Screw in stud bolts with “Loctite 242”.
Fit screw plugs with new sealing rings.
