Clients and Locations
PAT4 maintains separate sets of assets (appliances) testing records by Client. Each Client may be allocated several Locations where
different sets of assets may be found. Up to 10 Clients and a total of 20 locations may be stored at any time.

This structure enables
PAT4 to separate the testing for each location, but maintains the overall traceability to the correct Client. It also
permits the same numbering sequences or asset IDs to be used for different Clients.
Where there is only one location, at least the Location name must be given; other address details can be omitted. Adding, editing or
deleting of Clients and Locations can be performed either directly after Login, or from the Main screen.
