4.2 Rear Bearing Removal
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
2. Remove the dryer lid; refer to Section 010-4.1.
3. Remove the front panel; refer to Section 010-4.2.
4. Remove the right side panel; refer to Section 010-4.3.
5. Take the drum belt off of the intermediate (small) drive.
6. In electric dryers: Detach the heater bank and move it to the side
(without removing it); see Section 030-4.1.
7. Unscrew the bearing housing attachment (two T30s; see arrows, Figure 030-2).
