7 ModBus protocol
7.1 General description
The ModBus protocol implemented in the device enables rapid, simple, and
reliable communication between a PC or PLC and up to a maximum of99de
vices.
The ModBus protocol allows access to all data published in the SPM table of
the relevant application.
Implementation:
The functions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 15, and 16 are supported.
Bits can only be read or set individually or in groups of eight.
