75. Stabilizing filter
This instrument prepares Stabilizing filter that can filter through digital filter strongly when
variable width for load is within the constant value and also when the condition is frozen for more
than a constant period.
751. What is stabilizing filter?
As for stabilizing filter, when the variation width of load is within the value set by Function
F97 and also when the condition is continued for more than the set period by the Function
F10, the digital filter for stabilizing filter set by the Function F09 will become effective.
That is, digital filter is applied only when the load is stable more than a constant value and also
stabilizes the load than before.
752. Setting related with stabilizing filter
D Set the data to apply stabilizing filter with the Function F97. The stabilizing filter width
per set value “n” can be obtained through the display conversion by using the following
formula.
[Data width of stabilizing filter]=[Set value of F97]×[Display increment value]
For example, when the setting of F97 is “00010” and display increment value is “D=5”,
it will be as follows:
[Data width of stabilizing filter]=10×5
50D
D Supervisory time on data width for stabilizing filter can be set with the Function F10.
D Set the digital filter for stabilizing filter with the Function F09.
D Averagedout times for digital filter for stabilizing filter per set value “m” can be obtained
by the following formula.
[Averagedout times for stabilizing filter]=2
m7
For example, when the setting for Function for F09 is “00001”, it will be as follows:
[Times of stabilizing filter]=2
1+7
256 times
Moreover, when digital filter has set with Function F04, averagedout times will become
Averagedout times of stabilizing filter” and also will be Averagedout times” with the
Function F04. (Refer to the paragraph 731.)
That is,
[Averagedout times]
=[Averagedout times with F04]×[Averagedout times for stabilizing filter]
For example, setting for F04 is “00033”, and setting for Function F09 is “00001”,
they will be as follows:
[Averagedout times]=2
31
×2
31
×2
1+7
16×16×256
65536times
