      There are two possible reasons why you aren't hearing a ring signal on your Mitel Handset: * The handset might be muted. If the Silent off icon is visible in the Status bar, press and hold the Sound off key or the Mute button in idle mode to unmute the handset. * The ring volume may be set to silent. If you see the Silent volume icon in the Status bar, increase the volume by pressing the Volume up button or by navigating to Settings ? Sound & Alerts ? Volume.
