Mitel 5634 VoWi-Fi Handset
When the handset is out of range of the VoWi-Fi network and the Call Forward locally is
used, the call diversion function is managed by the handset and call diversion does not work
until the handset is within the range again.
Divert All Calls
To divert all incoming calls to any internal or external number, do the following:
1.
In the Call menu, select Divert calls.
2.
Select All calls → Edit
3.
Enter the number (maximum 30 digits) to divert to and press OK.
4.
Press Select. The check box is marked.
5.
Press Back. The Call diversion icon
appears in the Active area of Idle mode to show that all incoming calls are diverted from now.
Divert Calls if No Reply
To divert incoming calls to any internal or external number in case you do not answer the call, do
the following:
1.
In the Call menu, select Divert calls.
2.
Select No reply → Edit.
3.
Follow the steps 3–5 described in Divert All Calls, page 19.
Divert Calls When Busy
To divert incoming calls to any internal or external number in case the called party is busy, do the following:
1.
In the Call menu, select Call services → Divert calls.
2.
Select When busy → Edit.
3.
Follow the steps 3–5 described in Divert All Calls, page 19.
Disable the Diversion
To disable the diversion, at step 2 described in Divert All Calls, page 19, select All calls and unmark
the check box. Press Back The Call diversion icon
disappears from the Active area of Idle mode..

Push-to-Talk Group Call
Applicable to 5634 Alarm and 5634 Services only.
Push-to-talk (PTT) provides instant voice connectivity to a group of persons. PTT is a one-way (half-
duplex) communication. To talk, press and hold the Mute/PTT button

another person to talk.
