3192H SFC program
configuration
error
• A self step number was specified for
the specification destination step
number for the jump transition.
Stop • Check the detailed information
(error location information) of the
error by executing module
diagnostics using the engineering
tool, display the error program
(step) by clicking the [Error Jump]
button, and correct the program.
• Take measures to reduce noise.
• Write the SFC program to the
CPU module again. Then, reset
the CPU module and run it again.
If the same error code is displayed
again, the possible cause is a
hardware failure of the CPU
module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
