10.8 SIL2 A/D Conversion Function
■Diagnostic processing time of A/D conversion circuit diagnostics
A/D conversion circuit diagnostics consisting of steps (1) to (5) is executed for the number of times corresponding to the
following combination.
• Two patterns of digital values for diagnostics
• Two modules of R60AD8-G (Main) and R60AD8-G (Sub)
• Odd and even number channels
In addition, if the verification result is abnormal, A/D conversion circuit diagnostics is retried up to six times.
Therefore, when "SIL2 A/D conversion cycle setting" is 1000ms (default value), the maximum and maximum values of the
number of times of A/D conversion circuit diagnostics and the diagnostics processing time are as follows.
