Select Date
Select the date
Select the Time
Select the time and select
Select Location and enter the location
Select the Alarm check box if you want to
be reminded of this appointment
Select Repeat for recurring appointments
Select your preferred interval
Select to save
To change the time when
the alarm sounds…
Select the time and date below
the alarm check box
