9.6.7. Alarms ‘RC’
RC unit uses one alarm output to interface with R Series. If a fault occurs, a signal is sent
to the alarm circuit on R Series, which, typically, will put machine tool into a feed hold. The
units PLC will display fault type.
Alarm will not clear off PLC display until fault has been rectified. Once fault has been
remedied, press [ 1 ] to clear alarm.

LOW FLOW
Less than 5GPM through heat
exchanger
 Heat exchanger
clogged.
 Circulation pump
rotation reversed.
OVERLOAD
Motor overload tripped
 Electric motor short
cycle.
 Electric motor shorting.
 Load on motor to great.
 Electric motor over load
set to low.
 Electrical short in system
causing overload to trip.
INLET OUT OF RANGE Sensor fault
 Inlet temperature out of
range.
OUTLET OUT OF RANGE Sensor fault
 Outlet temperature out
of range.
HP PUMP FAULT
