The bits in this command perform the same function as the standalone functions:
1B 16 n Select Pitch
1B 45 n Emphasized
12 Double-wide
13 Single-wide
1B 2D n Underline
Select or Cancel User-Defined Character Set
ASCII: ESC % n
Hexadecimal: 1B 25 n
Decimal:

Value of n:
0= Code Page 437
1= User-defined (RAM character set)
2= Code Page 850
Range:
0 - 2
Default:
0 (Code Page 437)
Selects the character set. When an undefined RAM character is selected, the
Code Page 437 character is used. See the Printing Specification Guide for the character sets.
Example:
MSComm1.Output = Chr$(&H1B) & Chr$(&H25) & Chr$(n)
