  If your Neptronic Humidifier isn't producing steam, consider these potential causes: * For modulating humidifiers: The analog signal may not be detected. Verify the control input setting. * For On/Off humidifiers: There may be no demand from the humidistat. Check the humidistat setting. * Air flow may not be detected by the air pressure switch. Check the fan operation. * The high limit humidistat might be open. Check the operation of the high limit humidistat. * The interlock contact could be open. Check the interlock contact. * Control wires may not be properly secured to the terminal blocks. Verify the wire connections to the control terminal blocks.

  There could be a few reasons why there's no water inside the evaporation chamber of your Neptronic Humidifier, or why it won't stop draining: * The humidifier may be filling with water but not reaching the high limit of the water level sensor. Verify that the drain valve is open, the shutoff valve on the water supply line is open, the fill valve is operating correctly, and that the fill valve strainer and external strainer are not blocked. * The humidifier may not be filling with water.
