Startingforthersttime
Beforeyoustarttheengineforthersttime:
•
Makesurethemachineisproperlylubricatedandgreased.
•
Checktheengineoillevel,enginecoolantlevel,andtransmissionoil.
•
Checkthatthemachinefueltankislledwithcleanfuelthatmeetsthespecicationsprovidedinthismanual.
•
CheckthatthemachineDEF/AdBlue®tankislledandthatitmeetsthespecicationsprovidedinthismanual.
•
Removeanywaterorsedimentfromthewaterseparator.
•
Checkthetireairpressureandthewheelbolttorque.
Atthestartofeachday
•
Adjustthepositionoftheseatsothatallcontrolsmaybemovedthroughtheirentirerangeofmotion.
•
Fastentheseatbelt.
•
Intheloaderoperationposition,conrmthatyouareabletopushthebrakepedalsallthewaytotheendofpedal
action,whilesittingwiththeseatbeltfastened.
•
Ifyouarenotusingthebackhoe,conrmthatthebackhoeboomisinthestowedpositionandtheswinglockpin
isintheLOCKposition.
•
Inthebackhoeoperationposition,conrmthatyouareabletoreachallbackhoecontrolleversandswitchesand
thethrottlecontrol.Conrmyoucanmoveallnecessarycontrolsthroughtheirentirerangeofmotion.
