Radiatorandcondenser-cleaning
1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmsurface.
2.Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysup-
portstrut.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
theneutralposition.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Removethefrontgrille.
8.Unscrewandremovethefastenersfromthecondenser
(1).
9.Lowerthecondenser(1).
10.Ifnecessary,tiltthedryertotheside(2).
11.Disconnectthetwopipescompletewiththerubber
sleevesfromthetopoftheafter-cooler(3).
12.Plugtheholesontheaftercoolerandthepipesofthe
after-coolersystem.
13.Removethefastenersandremovetheafter-cooler
(3).
NOTICE:Pressurewashingwarning:avoidwaterjeton
electrical/electroniccomponentsandthefandriveviscous
joint.Failuretocomplymayresultincomponentdamage
ormachinefailure.

Compressedaircanpropeldirt,rust,etc.into
theair.Weareyeandfaceprotectionwhen
usingcompressedair.

Cleanthecondenser(1),theafter-cooler(3),thefuel
cooler(4)andthehydraulicoilcoolerbehindtheafter-
coolerusing:
•
Compressedairwithapressurelowerthan7bar
(102psi)toremovedrydust;
•
Waterjettoremovemud;
•
Adetergent-basedsolution,preferablyappliedwith
alow-pressurecleaner,toremoveoilydust.

15.Makesurealldirtanddebrishavebeenremovedfrom
betweenthecondenserandthecoolers.Thisaction
maintainsefcientheattransferforthecondenser.
16.Reassembletheafter-cooler(3)andrelatedpipes,
repositionthedryer(2)andreassemblethecondenser
(1)togetherwiththefuelcooler(4).
17.Reinstallthefrontgrille.
