Powershifttransmission-Oillterreplacement
1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmsurface.
2.Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysup-
portstrut.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
theneutralposition.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Releaseanypossibleresidualpressurefromthehy-
draulicsystembymovingthecontrolleversinalldirec-
tions.
8.Unlock,openandraisetheenginehood.
9.Cleantheareaaroundtheoillterandlterhead(1).
10.Placeacontainerwithsuitablecapacityunderthelter
(1).
11.Loosenandremovethelter.
12.Applyathinlayerofoilonthenewlterseal.
13.Installthenewoillter(1).
14.Tightenthenewlterbyhanduntilthesealtouches
thelterhead.
15.Tightenthelterbyhandanadditional2/3ofaturn.
NOTICE:Overtighteningcandamagethelterseal.

16.Starttheengineandrunthemachinewiththeparking
brakeengagedandthedirection-of-travelleverand
gearshiftleverintheneutralposition.
17.Removethedipstick(2).
18.Checktheoillevel,andaddadditionalHYDRAULIC
TRANSMISSIONOIL-PREMIUMasnecessary.
19.Lowerandlocktheenginehood.
20.Removethesafetysupportstrutandlowertheloader
attachment.
