Powershuttletransmission-Oilchange
1.Movethemachinetoalevelandrmsurface.
2.Raisetheloaderattachmentandinstallthesafetysup-
portstrut.
3.Placethebackhoeattachmentintheroadtravelposi-
tion.
4.Placethedirection-of-travelleverandgearshiftleverin
theneutralposition.
5.Engagetheparkingbrake.
6.Stoptheengineandremovethestarterswitchkey.
7.Releaseanypossibleresidualpressurefromthehy-
draulicsystembymovingthecontrolleversinalldirec-
tions.
8.Unlock,openandraisetheenginehood.
9.Removethedipstick(1).
NOTE:Changetheoilwhilethetransmissionisstillwarm;
theoilwillowmoreeasily.

10.Placeacontainerwithsuitablecapacityunderthe
transmissiondrainplug(2).
11.Loosenandremovethedrainplug(2).
12.Letthetransmissionoildraincompletely.

NOTE:Changethetransmissionoillteratthistime.
13.Installthedrainplug(2)andretightenit.
14.FillthetransmissionwithHYDRAULICTRANSMISSION
OIL-PREMIUMthroughthedipstickhole.
15.Reinstallthedipstick(1).
16.Checktheoillevelbymeansofthedipstick,andadd
additionaloilifnecessary.
17.Drivethemachineforafewminutesinrstandsecond
gear,andthenstopthemachinewithenginerunning,
andthedirection-of-travelleverandthetransmission
gearshiftintheneutralposition.
