Return-to-digsystem
1.Returntodigisanelectricallyactivatedfeaturewhich
enablestheoperatortoautomaticallyreturnthebucket
toaleveldiggingpositionforafurtherworkcyclewith
onesimplemovementoftheloadercontrollever(3).
2.Wheneverthebucketisrolledforwardtodumpthere-
turntodigelectricalcircuitiscompletedandthesole-
noidonthebucketspoolisenergized.
3.Whentheloaderbucketcontrollever(3)ismoveddi-
agonallylefttothereturntodigposition(2)theelectro-
magnetwillholdthebucketspoolintherollbackpo-
sitionuntilthebucketisintheleveldiggingpositionat
whichtimetheindicatorontherodofthebucketself-
levelinglinkagewillpassinfrontofthesensorwhich
de-energizestheelectromagnetonthebucketspool
enablingthespooltoreturntotheneutralposition.

Returntodigsensor-Adjustment
1.Thereturntodigsystemconsistsofanelectromagnet
mountedonthebucketspool,asensor(1)mountedon
topoftheloaderarmandapointerattachedtothetube
ofthebucketself-levelinglinkage.
2.Placethebucketonthegroundinthepreferreddigging
position.
3.Adjustthepositionofthesensorsuchthatwhenthe
bucketisindiggingpositionandloaderarmsarelow-
ered,half50%ofthesensorfaceisobscuredbythe
self-levelinglinkagepointer.
4.Ensurethefaceofthesensor(1)is3–6mm(0.12–
0.24in)fromthepointer(2)ontheself-levelinglinkage.
5.Asavisualaidfortheoperator,whileseatedinthecab,
thepointermountedontheloaderarmcanbeseento
alignwiththepointerontheself-levelinglinkage,when
theloaderarmsareloweredandthebucketisinthe
leveldiggingposition.
