peppers,thegarlicsandsetaside.
Thenaddthecrushedtomatoandsautéfor2minutesstirringcontinuously.
Addtherice,thechilli,thecolourant,salttotasteandthefumet.Stirwell.SetCookMenu
atLowPressurefor6minutes.
