Requirements to Add One Gun
Existing console has odd number of guns. Add:
S Gun receptacle harness 1031501.
If existing console has 2, 6, 10, or 14 guns, add:
S Gun card 1023877
S Gun receptacle harness 1031501
S iFlow module 1036657
S 10 mm tubing 900740 (6 ft)
S iFlow module screws 1034033 (2)
S iFlow module washers (983128 (2)
S iFlow module short jumper harness 1027327
If the existing console has 4, 8, or 12 guns, add all parts for 2, 6, 10, or
14 guns listed above, and also add:
S Regulator 1033878
S Regulator screws 982802 (4)
S Tube connector 972240
S Tube fitting 1034000
S Tube plug 148256
S 10 mm tubing 900740 (6 ft)
S 12 mm tubing 900613 (4 ft)
S iFlow module long jumper harness 1027328
S iFlow Air Flow Verification Kit 1039881 (Required to adjust regulated
pressure to iFlow modules, see kit instructions for procedure.)
Procedure:
NOTE: Steps 4−11 cover installing additional regulators, iFlow modules and
gun control cards. If your console has an odd number of guns you can skip
these steps.
1. If adding guns requires adding new iFlow modules to the console, shut
off the air supply to the console and trigger one of the guns to bleed the
air pressure from the console.
2. Shut down the powder coating system. Disconnect and lock out power
to the system and the iControl consoles.
3. Install the new spray guns in the booth and powder pumps on the feed
hoppers or feed center. Install powder feed hose between the pumps
and the guns.
4. Install the new iFlow module(s) on the rear wall with the fasteners
provided. Make sure the module gasket seals against the wall.
