thesystemfunctionswork.
Thisismostlikelycausedbyablownfuse
onthepowersupply.
ThefuseisaccessedattheACplugonthe
backoftheamplifier.Itrequiresa4amp
timedelayfuse.
Allofthesystem’sControlPadsdisplaya
“NuVoNetNotDetected” message.
TheMCUcardinternaltotheGrand
Concertoisdamaged,orthedata(blue
andbluestripe)conductorsononeormore
oftheCAT5cablesareshortedornot
makinggoodcontactintheRJ45
RemovealloftheCAT5connectionsfrom
thesystemandtestcablesoneatatime.
IftheissueisashortedCAT5,the
symptomwilldisplaywhenthatcableis
connectedtothesystem.Adamaged
MCUmustbereplacedbyNuVo.
WiththeControlPadspluggedin,the
POWERLEDonthefrontoftheamplifierwill
notturnon.
OneormoreimproperlywiredCAT5cables. Makesuretheamplifieristurnedon.Test
thatthePOWERLEDontheamplifier
turnsonwhentheNetworkCableis
unplugged.Next,unplugalltheCAT5
cablesfromtheAllportandplugthem
backinoneatatimeuntilthebad
cable(s)isdiscovered.
TheIRrepeaterdoesnotproperlycontrol
theaudiosourceequipment.
OneormoreoftheIRemittersarenot
properlyplacedovertheIRreceiveronthe
audiosourceequipment,ortheIRoutput
numberontheGrandConcertodoesnot
correspondwiththeaudioequipmentyou
arecontrolling.
RepositiontheLEDendoftheemitteron
thefaceofthesourceequipment,soit
isflashingdirectlyoverthatsource’sIR
receiver.Makesuretheemitterplugged
intoIROutput#1isactuallygoingto
source#1,andsoonforsources2-6.
WhentheControlPadispluggedinthereis
aloudpopthroughthespeakersandthe
ControlPaddoesnotwork.
