Message Cause and recommended action
THE SPECIFIED FILE NAME ALREADY EXISTS.
PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER NAME.
The file name exists.
Specify the file name other than the existing file name.
THE SPECIFIED FOLDER NAME ALREADY
EXISTS.
PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER NAME.
The folder name exists.
Specify the folder name other than the existing folder
name.
SD MEDIA IS LOCKED.
PLEASE UNLOCK.
The SDHC card is locked.
Unlock the SDHC card you will use and insert the
SDHC card in this instrument.
LOW BATTERY.
PLEASE CONNECT TO THE AC ADAPTER OR
TURN OFF THE POWER.
The battery voltage is low.
Stop all operations, such as image recording, copying,
deleting and formating the SDHC card, etc., and
immediately replace the battery. Or connect the AC
adapter.
HIGH TEMPERATURE (DISTAL END).
PLEASE IMMEDIATELY PULL OUT THE
INSERTION TUBE.
The self-check function was activated to prompt
termination of inspection because the distal end became
too hot.
Immediately pull the insertion tube out of the
observation object.
TIP
This message will appear before the
atmospheric temperature of the distal end
reaches the maximum operating ambient
temperature.
HIGH TEMPERATURE (MAIN UNIT).
PLEASE TURN OFF THE POWER.
The self-check function was activated to prompt
termination of the inspection when the internal
temperature is too high.
Stop inspection temporarily, allow this instrument to
cool down before turning the power back on again.
OVER CURRENT (ARTICULATION MOTOR).
PLEASE TURN OFF THE POWER.
The self-check function was activated to prompt
termination of operation because the insertion tube is
overloaded.
Extend the insertion tube as much as possible to
reduce the loop amount, and turn power back on without
operating the [ANGLE/LOCK] joystick.
UNRECOGNIZED SCOPE UNIT IS SET.
PLEASE TURN OFF THE POWER.
When IPLEX GT is connected to a scope unit of a different
type from the scope unit that is set to the base unit.
Connect a scope unit of the type displayed together
with the message.
TIP
IPLEX GT can only be combined with the
same type of scope unit as the one that is
initially combined with the base unit.
All types of scope units can be combined by
expanding the functionality.
