3-7 Connecting the base unit and scope unit
When storing or transporting this
instrument, hang the hook at the side
connection section of the scope unit to
the rear connection section of the base
unit to connect the two units.
3-8 Binding the insertion tube
When changing to a different location for observation,
the insertion tube can be bound using the fastening
strap for easy carrying.
Attach the supplied insertion tube fastening strap to this
unit.
Coil the insertion tube and bundle it using
the fastening strap near the bending
stopper of the scope unit.
When the base unit and scope unit are
connected, hook the coiled insertion tube to
the scope unit as shown in the diagram.
Hold the handle of the base unit and you
can transport the unit.
Insert the distal end of the insertion tube into
the retention hole of the insertion tube. This
prevents the distal end of the insertion tube from hitting the floor if the insertion tube comes off
accidentally.
For long-distance traveling or transport, carry the unit around with it stored in the carrying case.
