Olympus IPLEX G Series - Pre-operation Preparation and Inspection

Be sure to perform the preparation and inspection described in this chapter before using the
instrument. At the first sign of any abnormality, immediately stop using the instrument and perform
the required actions as described in “Troubleshooting” (page 97).
Inspections are not only required before use but also should be conducted periodically.
NOTE
Make sure that the power of the instrument is turned OFF before performing the pre-
operation preparation and inspection.

Ensure that the latch is closed firmly before lifting the case.
■ Towing using the extendable handle

Latch
Make sure that the latch is completely closed.
Press the PUSH button to unlock the handle and then extend it.
Press the PUSH button again to push down the handle and then store it.
Hold the handle, tilt the case and move it by rolling the wheels on the bottom of the case.
