Inspect the instrument as described in “Pre-operation preparation and inspection” (page 23). If
there are any obvious malfunctions, do not use the instrument and contact Olympus for repairs.
If a slightest irregularity is suspected, do not use the instrument and perform the actions
described in “Troubleshooting guide” (page 97). If the problem cannot be resolved by taking
the remedial action described, stop using the instrument and contact Olympus for repair.

NO SD MEDIA. SDHC card is not inserted.
→Load the SDHC card you use and try again. Or turn
OFF the instrument and ON again.
NO microSD MEDIA. microSDHC card is not inserted.
→Load the microSDHC card you use and try again. Or
turn OFF the instrument and ON again.
SD MEDIA / NOT ENOUGH MEMORY.
The SDHC card is full.
→Delete the unnecessary data to free up space, or
replace with a new SDHC card.
TIP
The internal memory can store up to about
20 still images. For details, refer to page “Still
images can be recorded to the internal
memory. ” (page 49).
microSD MEDIA / NOT ENOUGH MEMORY.
The microSDHC card is full.
→Delete the unnecessary data to free up space, or
replace with a new microSDHC card.

→Only images recorded with this instrument can be
displayed.
SD MEDIA ERROR.
