Four-point Mixed Slave Unit
In Bit Slave Units, the node address area is used consecutively without
spaces. For example, one word would be allocated for eight Slave Units each
with two points. Likewise, one word would be allocated for four sets of Slave
Units each with two points and two Slave Units each with four points.
