Resets (restarts) the CompoNet Master Unit.
A parameter can be added to restart at a specified baud rate.

Parameter Details
FLAG: Stores a value specifying the desired baud rate.
01 hex: Reset at 93.75 k.
02 hex: Reset at 1.5 M.
03 hex: Reset at 3 M.
04 hex: Reset at 4 M.
00/FF hex: Reset at baud rate set on DIP switch.
Description
RESET resets the CompoNet Master Unit.
No response is returned for a normal completion. A response is returned only when an error occurs.
This command is used to restore operation after resetting the Master Unit when a communications error has
occurred at a Slave Unit during I/O communications.
