4. Safety Measures for limited operations
4-1 Manufacturing Flat-panel Displays (Maintenance)
Switching between Normal Operating Mode and Maintenance Mode is performed manually.
In
Normal Operating
Mode, the Safety Door Switch is enabled, and in Maintenance Mode
the Safety Limit Switch is enabled.
