2. Functions, Wiring and Settings
2-1 Logical AND Connection
When connecting two or more Units using a logical AND connection, the logical AND connection setting is
performed on the Unit on the input side. Set the logical AND connection preset switch on the Unit that is on the input
side (G9SX-AD322 in the below diagram) to AND.
1. When the G9SX-AD/-NS/-NSA/-GS Is on the Input Side
Note: 1. In the above diagram, a setting error will occur and G9SX-AD322 will set a lock out if the logical AND setting switch on G9SX-AD322 is set to OFF.
Set the switch carefully.
2. Set the logical AND setting switch on Unit A to OFF.
3. A logical AND input cannot be input to the G9SX-BC.
2. When the G9SX-ADA Is on the Input Side
Note: 1. When not connecting Unit B, leave terminals T41 and T42 of the G9SX-ADA222 Unit open, and set the logical AND setting switch T41/T42 to OFF.
2. When not connecting Unit C, leave terminals T51 and T52 of the G9SX-ADA222 Unit open, and set the logical AND setting switch to OFF.
When connecting multiple Units to the input side, follow the wiring example in the following diagram.
Note: When a logical AND connection is not used, keep the logical AND connection inputs (terminals T41, T42, T51, and T52) and logical AND connection
outputs (terminals L1 and L2) open, and set the logical AND setting switch to OFF.
