2-4 Cross Fault Detection
The cross fault detection setting for the safety input is made using the cross fault detection input (terminals Y1 and
Y2).
If a fault is detected, the following will occur.
1. The safety outputs and logical AND outputs will be locked out.
2. The LED error indicator will be lit.
3. The error output (auxiliary output) will turn ON.
For wiring, refer to the following description.
(1 ) Cross Fault between T11-T12 and T21-T22
