Soldering
(1) Slide heat-shrink tube over each wire.
(2) Pre-solder each wire and connector cable.
(3) Solder each wire to the connector terminal.

(Hishitube F, 1.5 dia, l = 10)
Soldering iron
(4) Push the heat-shrink tube over the soldered joint and heat the tube to shrink it in place.

Assemble the connector covers as shown in the diagram below.
