Create a Google Account Using Your Phone

2. TouchGoogleandthentouchOr create a new account.
3. EnteryourFirst nameandLast name,andthentouchNEXT.
4. EnteradesiredUsername,andthentouchNEXT.
5. Createpasswordandconfirmthepassword,thentouchNEXT.
6. Enteraphonenumber(ithelpsyougetbackintoyourGoogleaccountincaseyouforgetyour
password)andtouchVERIFY,entertheverificationcodeandtouchNEXT.Ifyoudon’twantto
enteraphonenumber,touchSkipor NEXTandgotonextstep.
7. OnthePrivacyandTermsscreen,touchAGREEtocontinue.
8. YoucanseeyourGoogleaccountisreadytogo,touchNEXT.
9. AfteryourphoneconnectswiththeGoogleservers,selecttheitemsyouwouldliketosyncwith
yourphoneandthentouchNEXT.
10. SetupyourpaymentinformationortouchRemind me later,andthentouchNext.
YouaresignedintoyourGoogleaccount,andyourphonewillsynchronizetheselecteditems.
Note:WhensettingupanewGoogleaccount,eitheronyourphoneoronline,youwillbeprompted
toaddasecondaryemailaddress.EnterasecondGmailaddressoranyotheremailaddressfrom
whichyoucurrentlysendandreceiveemail.Thisaddressisusedtoauthenticateyouraccount
shouldyoueverencounterproblemsorforgetyourpassword.ItisstronglyencouragedforAndroid
userssoyoucanregainaccesstoGoogleservicesandpurchasesonyourphone.
