Changing the saw
belt
ATTENTION!
This metal belt saw was designed for use with
belts of the following dimensions
S 275 G; 2480 x 27 x 0.9 mm
S 210 G; 2080 x 20 x 0.9 mm
The use of other saw blades can cause infe-
rior sawing results.
Place the saw arch in the upper position and close
the shut-off tap on the hydraulic cylinder.
Remove the saw belt brush by unscrewing the lock-
screw.
Remove the protective cover of the saw belt guide.
Remove the protective cover from the saw arch.
Loosen the tension of the saw belt by turning the
hand wheel anti-clockwise.

Carefully remove the old saw belt.
Fit the new saw blade by inserting it first into the saw
belt guide.
Check the running direction and toothing.

Place the saw belt on the two pulleys so that it is as
close as possible to the casing of the saw arch
Tighten the saw belt.

35.
Run a check as described in
“Checking“ on page
21.
For fitting the components, proceed in reverse order.
Perform a run test.
Re-fit the protective covers.
