The absolute value sent are "impulses", whose correspondence
with kWh and kVArh is established in the settings "measuring
factors", in the PC on the same screen of general settings, and
by keyboard/display in "program table 0" - "correction factor".
8.3. Mando local/remoto
The unit can be in local or remote (tele-control) mode.
The transition from the one to the other can be made
through the push-button “
” on the front panel (pressed
at the same time as the “ ”, next to him), or by digital
input, if there is one programmed for that purpose. The
operation is alternative, this means that each time the input
is pressed or activated (rising slope) the status is changed.
The control keys for closing (“
”) and opening (“ ”)
on the front panel are only operative on the Local mode.
They have to be pressed at the same time as “ ” to be
eective, in order to avoid unwished operations.
The control commands described in the previous section
are only operative on the remote mode, except the last
ones, which nish with the word “local” and which are only
operative in local status.
The opening and closing commands by digital input (if they
are programmed) are as much operative on the local mode
as on the remote (to make possible the operation from
contacts activated by a remote station).
In short:
1. Unit in local status:
a. It admits commands by digital input.
b. It admits commands from front plate pushbuttons (if
enabled by settings).
c. It admits output activation commands, breaker activation,
ES/FS recloser, finished in “local” to be used from the local
console.
d. It does not admit the remaining commands.
e. It admits the change command to remote.
2. Unit in remote status:
a. It admits commands by digital input.
b. It does not admit commands from front plate pushbuttons.
c. It does not admit the local console commands ( those
finished in “local”).
d. It admits the remaining commands.
e. It admits the CHANGE command to local.
When the unit starts, it always happens on the “remote” mode.
Command pushbuttons located in the front of relay
only are active if the conguration setting “push-button
enabling” is set as “command”.
