Telephone Features 3-53
3.2 Telephone Features C
Conditions
• System Programming is required to execute this feature.
• When an Unattended Conference is established, an alarm tone is sent to both outside
parties fifteen seconds before the assigned time limit (default: 10 minutes). “Hold
Recall” is activated at the extension that leaves the conference fifty seconds before the
time-out. The call is disconnected when the time-out expires unless the extension
returns to the conference.
• For example, if you are on-hook and hear “Hold Recall” during the Unattended
Conference mode, the display will show “CO 2 & CO 3” for fifty seconds before the
time-out.
