Call a remote site to edit the settings.
Take the following steps when the line is connected.

Press the MENU button.
The [000 TOP] menu appears on the monitor screen.

Move the cursor to the item 700 in the menu
by pressing the ▲ or ▼ button. Then press
the ENTER button.
The dialog menu appears on the monitor screen, asking
you to enable or disable the downloading of the settings
from the remote site.

Select [YES] by pressing the t or s button.
Then press the ENTER button.
A data transfer message appears on the monitor screen.
When the data is successfully downloaded, the [700
REMOTE SETUP EDIT] menu appears on the monitor.

• Video, audio, and data cannot be sent during data
transfer.
• If the ESC button is pressed while the [NOW DOWN-
LOADING] display is on, a message appears, asking
whether or not to quit the data transfer. It can be quit by
first selecting [YES] with the Direction button and then
pressing the ENTER button.
• If an error occurs during data transfer, a transfer failure
message appears. Press the ESC button to return to the
menu [000 TOP]. Repeat the above steps.
• The video received from the remote site may be dis-
played in still after the settings of the remote site are
downloaded. In that case, disconnect the line and then
repeat the procedure again.
