Appendix D: System Reset or Password Recovery

Use Reset Button on Controller

Press and hold the Reset Button for 8 seconds to recover from an Intelligent Network

Controller communication failure. This will cause a reset of the iNC controller, all

configuration(s) will be retained.

To Default the controller to factory settings, press and hold the Reset Button for at least

20 seconds. This will cause a reset of the iNC controller erasing all existing

configurations, including username(s) and password(s). It does not change the Energy

(kWh) value and does not affect the outlet state.
