Tap the green arrow on the right of the left bottom bar of the Flight Plan interface
to begin the Flight Plan: ANAFI takes off, flies to the first waypoint and starts the
Flight Plan. At the end of the Flight Plan, depending on your settings and depending
on your version of FreeFlight 6, ANAFI lands at, or hovers over, the last waypoint
you have set.
That is why, for this section, we have chosen to consider that ANAFI’s final waypoint
is also its landing spot.
Activate and monitor every Flight Plan with extreme care: always check your
drone’s route is clear from obstacles and safe, always retain visual contact with
ANAFI, and always be ready to stop the Flight Plan (tap the “STOP” box of your
HUD or reclaim commands of the drone) in case a danger or any sort of unexpected
obstacle arises.
Controls
The controls for each of the Classic and Arcade modes are described below.
The prerequisites for using Classic mode are:
- to be connected to the Parrot Skycontroller 3 via a USB cable,
- or to be connected to the Wi-Fi network of your drone and to use the virtual
joysticks directly on the screen of your terminal.
Refer to the "FLY" Paragraph for a description of the Classic mode joysticks.
Joysticks: Classic mode
Arcade mode is a Flying mode in which the reference used is the incline of the
camera. This is a different way to fly; the user can switch between Classic mode and
Arcade mode in the HUD flight text box.
The prerequisites for using Arcade mode are:
- to be connected to the Parrot Skycontroller 3 via a USB cable, and
- to have taken off.
