7. [ADJUST] POSITIONING 1ST AND 2ND MIRROR
[Required equipment] 1
st
mirror angle (45°) adjusting jig, Mirror angle adjusting jig for 27830
(need modify),Mirror positioning scope.
*Adjustment is performed by turning B58 (2 pcs). The Y-axis (the vertical direction) is adjusted
to a 0 target.
*Front housing must set mirror down position.
① Positioning 1 st mirror : Put the 1
st
mirror angle (45°) adjusting jig on the camera,
and then adjust the mirror seat so that the adjusting jig touches the mirror without gap.
Tolerance ---- X-axis : ±15’
Y-axis : ±10’
② Positioning 2
nd
mirror : Attach the mirror positioning scope and the
2
nd
mirror angle adjusting jig to the camera, and then adjust the
mirror angle while looking through the eyepiece lens.
Tolerance ---- X-axis : ±0.3mm
Y-axis : ±0.1mm
(Refer to below tolerance for positioning scope)
③ After adjustment is done, apply the supper-glue to both B58.
