Select this button if you would like to run the application program after the
samples in the assay have counted the specified number of cycles.
Note: This option does not apply to Tandem Processing in Replay.
Sample
Select this button if you would like to run the application program after the data
for each sample is collected.
Note: Each time the application program is run, it must be loaded
into memory. Whenever possible, run the application program after
a batch or cycle, since it is more efficient and faster than running
the program after each sample.
