11.05.15 Zeroing the bottom feed (with gearbox housing open)
Requirement
With the stitch length set at “0“ the bottom feed dog must not carry out any feeding
motion when the balance wheel is turned.

● Loosen screw 2.
● While continuously turning the balance wheel, turn diverter crank 1 until feed driving
crank 3 no longer moves.
● In this position tighten screw 2.
● Carry out a check in accordance with the requirement.
