39. Replacing the microswitch
Disassembly:
● Remove the housing cover as described in the adjustment and repair instructions.
● Cut open cable clip 9 (figure 5).
● Pull the insulation tube 10 to one side.
● Pull out the plug-in connector of the microswitch cable.
● Press both clips 11 of the housing cover 12 to one side and remove the microswitch cover 13
(figures 6 and 7).
● Remove the microswitch 14 and the cable completely.
Assembly:
● Fit the microswitch 14 in the microswitch housing 13.
● Fit the pressure piece 15 with the locking spring.
● Mount the housing cover 12 and press it down until you hear the clips 11 click into place.
● Plug the plug-in connector of the microswitch cable into the motor cable (figure 5).
● Pull the insulation tube 10 over the plug-in connector and secure it with a new cable clip 9.
After replacing the microswitch, an electrical safety test must be carried out as described in the adjust-
ment and repair instructions.
Note:
Following machine assembly a functional test of the microswitch must be carried out.
